Qualifications
- Potential adoptive or foster parent must be an Orange County resident.
- All others must be a Carrboro resident.
Fees
- A $20 fee is due at your appointment. You must pay with cash or check.
- Potential adoptive or foster parents do not have to pay a fingerprinting fee.
What to Bring to Your Appointment
- Any paperwork you need signed or initialed by the fingerprinting official.
- A valid, government-issued photo ID such as a driver's license, photo ID, or passport
- Cash or check to pay the $20 fingerprinting fee.
